Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production with one of our fulfilment partners.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and supplier.

Our products are fulfilled by trusted print partners including:

  • Gelato
  • Printful
  • Printify
  • Tapstitch

Because different partners produce different items, orders containing multiple products may ship separately.

Estimated Shipping Times

After production, shipping typically takes:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 6–10 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

However, we will replace or refund items if they arrive:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect item received

Timeframe

Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Damaged or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us immediately.

Because items are produced by our fulfilment partners (Gelato, Printful, Printify, or Tapstitch), we may need photos to file a claim with the manufacturer.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly because products are made to order.

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, the order may already be in production and cannot be modified.


Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or household members
  2. Contact your local postal service
  3. Contact us for assistance

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
