Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

All of our products are made to order. This means that each item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because of this production method, we do not accept general returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our products are manufactured and shipped through trusted fulfilment partners including:

  • Gelato
  • Printful
  • Printify
  • Tapstitch

Returns

We only accept returns or offer replacements if the product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Has a manufacturing defect
  • Has a printing error
  • Is the wrong item sent

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return or Replacement

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

Once we review the issue, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.


Non-Returnable Situations

Because items are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong colour
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Minor variations in print placement or colour caused by screen differences

We strongly recommend checking size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.


Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or other household members
  2. Contact your local delivery service
  3. Contact us so we can assist

We cannot guarantee replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders enter production quickly after being placed.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled or changed.
