Shipping & Returns Policy


Order Processing

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it is sent to one of our trusted fulfilment partners for production.

Our products are fulfilled by partners including:

  • Gelato
  • Printful
  • Printify
  • Tapstitch

Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product and supplier.

Orders may be shipped in separate packages if they are produced by different fulfilment partners.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after production is completed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays or peak seasons.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to modify the order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are custom made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong colour
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

However, we will happily provide a replacement or refund if an item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Misprinted
  • Incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

This allows us to quickly review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with neighbours or members of your household
  2. Contact your local delivery carrier
  3. Reach out to our support team for assistance

While we will do our best to help locate the package, we cannot guarantee replacement for items marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.


Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are sent into production quickly.

For this reason, order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
